T. Tod Mollaun joined Horenstein, Nicholson & Blumenthal in July of 2017. He has been a practicing personal injury trial attorney in the southwest Ohio area since 2000. His focus has been representing victims of car crashes, animal bites, slip/trip and fall matters, defective products, medical and dental malpractice, pharmaceutical defects, and other injuries caused by the negligence of others.
Over his entire career, Tod has taken numerous personal injury cases to trial by jury showing insurance companies that he is always willing to fight for his injured clients. He also has vast experience arguing cases before Ohio appellate courts.
Mr. Mollaun is frequently asked to speak to other personal injury attorneys at seminars on various personal injury and litigation/ trial matters. Tod has become the attorney that other personal injury attorneys go see to learn the practice.
Prior to being admitted to the Ohio bar, Tod also worked as a personal injury and workers’ compensation law clerk for almost three years. He also spent a year clerking for a local estate planning and probate law firm.
In addition to personal injury, his practice also includes workers’ compensation litigation, contract drafting, business litigation, employment law, Victims of Crime compensation’ and other matters.
Prior to joining Horenstein Nicholson & Blumenthal, Mr. Mollaun was the senior litigation attorney for a large southwest Ohio personal injury law firm.
He has also worked for over three years as a discovery attorney defending a pharmaceutical company in a nationwide birth defect litigation. During this time, Tod gained insight into how defense law firms investigate and value claims. This invaluable insight helped Tod to develop legal talents that are necessary at every stage of a case.
